Mexico & Central America Produce Inbound Buying Mission
The California and Washington State Departments of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA), will be coordinating participation in the following activity:
Mexico and Central America Produce Inbound Buying Mission: California: June 27-28th and Washington: June 29th-30th
This will be an excellent opportunity for companies to participate in the growing Mexican and Central America markets.
Western U.S. companies interested in the Mexico and Central America markets have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with qualified buyers. This delegation of produce buyers from leading retail chains will travel to California and Washington. This will be an excellent opportunity for companies to network and establish contacts with key buyers in the produce industry in Mexico and Central America.
Suitable products include, but are not limited to:
- All Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
- Blueberries, Raspberries, Apricots, Peaches, Nectarines, Squash, Greens, Specialty Products, including organic produce, etc.
Products must be at least 50% U.S. agricultural origin by weight, excluding added water and packaging.

- Meet one-on-one with pre-screened, produce buyers from Mexico and Central America looking for high quality US products.
- Showcase your products, and discuss how they can fit into the purchasing plans for these companies.
